Performance Audit of Reaching Out-of-School Children (ROSC), Phase-II Project, for the year 2012-2013 to 2015-2016 – World Bank Project

The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has undertaken the “Reaching Out-of-School Children Phase II (ROSC-II) Project” with the financial support of the International Development Association (IDA). The Directorate of Primary Education (DPE), under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (MOPME) is the implementing agency for the project.

The objectives of this assignment are to audit the expenditures incurred by the project in different components particularly disbursed to the Learning Centers (LC) and students and provide feedback to the project management of internal control systems in project management.
